These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website miracleapi.ai and related services operated by Miracle Tech OÜ, registry code 16154975, registered in the Republic of Estonia ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

MiracleAPI provides a domain-agnostic API adapter layer that translates existing API integrations to work with new providers. MiracleGate provides AI-native payment gateway infrastructure. Service details, scope, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Account and Access

Access to certain services may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this website and within our services belong to Miracle Tech OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing for services is defined in individual agreements. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Overdue payments may result in suspension of access to services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service with reasonable notice. Specific uptime commitments are defined in individual SLAs where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle Tech OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
